Hassle-free returns within 30 days

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Fresh Juice Blender through www.freshjuiceblender.co.nz. It works alongside your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) where those rights apply.
If you change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in resalable condition, with all accessories and documentation included. We reserve the right to refuse a change-of-mind return if these conditions are not met.
If your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number (for example, FJB-…) and photos if helpful. Where the CGA applies, we will provide a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) in line with the Act.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of items that have been used in a way that renders them unsuitable for resale, unless they are faulty under the CGA. Any specific exclusions will be stated on the product page where applicable.
Any manufacturer warranty provided with your product is in addition to your rights under the CGA. Retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
